Ryan is an Acquisitions Executive at ELEVATION, sourcing investment opportunities through on-market MLS offers, targeted outbound campaigns, and a growing network of real estate professionals.
Ryan grew up in Denver before heading to Central Washington University, where he played baseball while earning a B.S. in Construction Management. After college, he moved to San Diego to spend four years in heavy civil construction management, building highways, bridges, and large-scale underground utilities. He then transitioned into real estate investing with San Diego House Heroes, supporting fix-and-flip projects through underwriting, project management, and resale while also representing clients on the traditional side of real estate. That blend of construction know-how with investor-focused experience lets Ryan evaluate deals with a builder’s eye, finding the right solution for every seller, whether that’s a cash offer, a Fix & List, or a traditional listing. Now back home in Denver, Ryan spends his free time fly fishing, hiking, and cheering on Denver sports, especially the Broncos.
