Esme Zaminski is a rock-star Acquisitions Director at ELEVATION! She has a habit of looking at a house, a business idea, or an everyday inconvenience and thinking, “I could do something with that.” A real estate entrepreneur and patented inventor with a background in interior design, she brings hands-on experience with investment properties, short-term rentals, and building businesses to ELEVATION. Along with an eye for what a space could become, a healthy dose of sass, and a sense of humor that comes in handy when Plan A becomes Plan F (when everything else has FAILED). She enjoys uncovering a property’s potential, working through complicated deals, and getting to know the people behind them. She can see past bad wallpaper and questionable floor plans, although she may have a few comments.
Her entrepreneurial streak also led her to create Mr. PeePad and GlamGuard—because apparently real estate wasn’t keeping her busy enough, and even puppy pads and beauty routines deserved an upgrade. Outside of work, Esme enjoys skiing, hiking, hot springs, and laughing with friends who have known her long enough to have evidence. She finds camping confusing—she works in real estate, so voluntarily sleeping without a house feels counterproductive. Equal parts businesswoman and goofball, she takes her goals seriously and herself considerably less so.
