ELEVATION funds the rehab (labor + materials), sources and manages the contractors, and keeps projects on time and on budget. We split the extra profit 50/50 which is created selling a beautifully updated property at top dollar! Experienced agents can list the property for sale.
Join us ON-SITE to learn how we run projects of all rehab levels at one of our company projects. Clients/students will learn how to efficiently run projects from cosmetic to fully permitted rehabs. This class demonstrates every aspect of flipping the “ELEVATION Way’’ including budgeting, creating a statement of work, fixtures & finishes and project timelines.
