Sales Assistant
Lei joined ELEVATION in April 2023 as an Executive Virtual Assistant, bringing a dynamic approach to executive support and organization.
Initially, Lei focused on managing CEO Derek Marlin’s calendars, scheduling meetings, handling the company’s inbox and phone system, and following up on Academy and consulting inquiries. Additionally, Lei took charge of sending weekly newsletters, conducting research, and performing lead outreach, ensuring strong communication with clients and prospects.
By March 2024, Lei’s dedication led to a promotion to Sales Virtual Assistant. She now supports Travis with project management, Adam with sales operations, and handles admin tasks with Derek.
Lei holds a teaching license in her home country and brings nearly five years of experience in customer service, providing valuable support to the team. Outside of work, Lei enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family, and participating in community outreach activities such as feeding programs, location clean-ups, and house-to-house initiatives, making a positive impact in the local community.
